Take a mule and mojito with a good slug of Lyre's Dry London Spirit and you'll end up with the Gin Gin Mule. This modern classic was created in NYC's Pegu Club and it's a snappy, delicious highball so refreshing its truly memorable. The ingredients are also in the title, gin and gin(ger). Highball
Ingredients
- 60 ml Lyre's Dry London Spirit
- 90 ml premium ginger ale
- 15 ml lime juice
- 7.5 ml white sugar syrup (1:1)
- 8 mint leaves
- Garnish: Plump mint sprig, lime wedge
Instructions
1.
Add ingredients to glass.
2.
Fill with ice, stir.
3.
Serve.
