Our award-winning Classico has been impossibly crafted with flavours that are distinct & contemporary. Classico doesn't just mimic an Italian Sparkling, it stands alone as a premium non-alcoholic celebration in a bottle. Libations!

Flavour Profile
Generous aromatics continue in the glass, classic green apple tartness followed by a soft richness of pear, peach and red apple on the palate to taste. Chalky fine acids are present to clean the palate and get you ready for the next glass.
Bouquet: Lightly coloured. alluring, lifted lime with notes of fresh peach and granny smith apple skin on the nose. An appealing floral and musk tones add complexity and invite you to taste.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Once open, best sealed with a stopper, store in a refrigerator, and consume in 2 days
- To open, please point away from yourself and others. Do not use a corkscrew to remove the cork
Serve chilled in a flute or coupette. Add Lyre's Italian Spritz, soda and orange for a perfect non alcoholic Amalfi Spritz.

This is one of the best no alcohol fizzes. Would like it even more if it were less sweet & more dry. Best when mixed with something else like Italian spritz or orange sec.

Best “bubbly” replacement!
I’m not a fan of most alternatives to fizzy wine as I don’t like the alcoholic version but I love this! Great on it’s own or part of a spritz.

Fabulous non fizz
Had this for the first time last Christmas. Whilst it’s not exactly the same as a champagne or a Prosecco I love it. It’s somewhat reminiscent of a drink called Aqua Libre that is no longer made but also drier than that was. Tastes of similar botanicals. Makes a lovely drink on its own ( and very low in calories- what’s not to like?!) or with a non alcoholic spirit like gin for a mocktail. As a total lover of bubbles It’ll always be my go to non Alcoholic drink. So much better than the offerings in most supermarkets. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Delicious
I loved this and as neither I nor my younger sister drink alcohol Classico was perfect when celebrating my 70th and my sisters 60th birthdays. Even the Italian Prosecco drinkers amongst us enjoyed it. I would love to be able to buy this by the bottle.

Best AF Sparkling Beverage I've Ever Had
I have been AF for over 20 years and the one thing I truly miss is Champagne. I've tried many Alcohol removed sparkling wines and while they were okay to stand in for a toast, they never really hit the mark for me flavor wise. This product is absolutely delicious and refreshing. Some of my non AF friend also love it when they don't want to feel the aftereffects of an alcoholic beverage. Hope is back in stock soon!

Tastes just like Champagne!
High quality non-alcoholic champagne, couldn’t believe how close it tastes like the real thing. We loved sipping on some bubbly during my brother’s wedding celebration, it was great to the last drop! Highly recommend

Classico Grande is the perfect
Classico Grande is the perfect alternative for a morning mimosa when you don’t want the side effects of alcohol. It tastes dry and crisp with lovely bubbles. It is a perfect drink to serve those who do not want an alcoholic beverage.

Love this for my Mimosas
This is by far the best tasting replacement for champagne. I used to drink champagne like water especially around the holidays and in the summer at brunch. When mixing this with my favorite orange juice it tastes identical to the mimosas I’m used to!
