Flavour Profile
Lyre's Dry London Spirit: Rich scents of orange blossom, lime, jasmine, juniper and mint. Lightly coloured, alluring, lifted lime with notes of fresh peach and granny smith apple skin on the nose. An appealing floral and musk tones add complexity.

Amazing for French 75s!
I have tried a couple of other gin alternatives, but this is the best so far. Also, the Grande Classico is amazing and together they make a fabulous French 75. Even doing a side by side taste test, this was amazing. I use a stevia based simple syrup, so these are also super low calorie.

I just loved the dry
I just loved the dry london with the classico and lots of ice. Also had dry london with Italian spritz and heaps of ice on hot day.
