This unique spirit has been impossibly crafted to capture the essence of an aromatic vermouth Rosso with flavours that are distinct and contemporary. Lyre's spirits have their own distinction as a premium, non-alcoholic beverage.

Flavour Profile
A Rich mouthful of flavours follows the bouquet with blood orange and vanilla taking the lead. Caramel, citrus pith and cacoa bring balance, adding to the mouth coating mid-palate.
Bouquet: Citrus, almond and exotic vanilla with dried fruit enhanced by savoury, saffron like element
- Do not leave bottle open or replace cap with pourer
- Always reseal with original cap after opening
- Once open, best refrigerated for optimum freshness
- Recommended to be consumed within 12 weeks of opening

Aperitif Rosso
I created a cocktail! Aperitif Rosso, cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, All the Bitter Orange. Refreshing and not too sweet. My husband loved it too!

Aperitif Rosso
Aperitif Rosso, in my opinion, is a little sharper than some of the other products but I think that makes the drink feel more as if it contains alcohol. I made a Negroni and I swapped the Dry London Gin with a non alcoholic pink gin and added a little splash of diet lemonade. It was lovely!

Just like Sweet Vermouth!!
I've been sober for 6 yrs and have been bartending until I finish school and I'm blown away by the sweet vermouth replication. I highly recommend the Rosso bc it pairs well with alot of other lyre spirits (malt, gin, italian spritz, and italian orange) its a great addition to a NA bar
