This unique spirit has been impossibly crafted to capture the essence of a rich and vinous coffee liqueur with flavours that are distinct and contemporary. Lyre's spirits have their own distinction as a premium, non-alcoholic beverage.

Flavour Profile
Full-flavoured bouquet follows on the palate with high notes of espresso, spice, caramel and toasted nuts. It's enhanced by a generous finish featuring classic vanilla.
Bouquet: Fresh roasted coffee, burnt caramel and vanilla with hints of dark chocolate, fig and blueberries
- Do not leave bottle open or replace cap with pourer
- Always reseal with original cap after opening
- Once open, best refrigerated for optimum freshness
- Recommended to be consumed within 12 weeks of opening
On the rocks, or with your favourite premium mixer, or an Espresso Martini anyone? Just shake with Lyre's White Cane, cold drip coffee and vanilla. Libations!

Amazing
I am so surprised at the quality of this product. Not only does it taste so similar to a certain spirit it also pours the same with a frothy top. Couldn't be happier

This liqueur has an amazing
This liqueur has an amazing flavour and I am really enjoying using it to create cocktails and desserts. I have made a few espresso martinis and friends and family members have said they barely notice the difference between this and the 'real thing'.

Perfect
Perfect equivalent for a Kahlua or similar coffee liquor, we’ve been testing it in cocktails and it’s been brilliant. I’m hoping to test it out in tiramisus in the future too

I only need 1/2 a
I only need 1/2 a measure (15ml) to get the flavour I desire - I add it to a generous dollop of caffeine free Diet Coke. A delicious long drink.
