This unique spirit has been impossibly crafted to capture the essence of a gently mellowed American Classic Bourbon Malt with flavours that are distinct and contemporary. Lyre's spirits have their own distinction as a premium, non-alcoholic beverage.

Flavour Profile
Generous flavours of vanilla and toasted nuts with herbal notes providing a complexity, offset by a long mellow finish. The gently spiced palate results in the flavours remaining well after finishing.
Bouquet: Honey notes, with scents of sweet spice and charred, cedary oak.
- Do not leave bottle open or replace cap with pourer
- Always reseal with original cap after opening
- Once open, best refrigerated for optimum freshness
- Recommended to be consumed within 12 weeks of opening
Enjoy with your favourite premium mixer such as cola. A natural for classic cocktails including the Old Fashioned or an excellent Boulevardier with Lyre's Aperitif Rosso and Lyre's Italian Orange. Libations!

Great smell, d
When you open the bottle, a very nice smokey smell meets you. It got me really excited to try this, but unfortunately the taste disappoints. It's a very watery texture (misses the body and thickness of a real bourbon or whiskey), and besides the smokeyness, there is very little flavour. It's ok to drink mixed in cocktails, but it's not very enjoyable to drink straight. This recipe definitely needs some work.

Good alternative for drinking alcohol.
It’s not a substitute for actually bourbon but it’s a lovely alternative to drinking alcohol. I prefer it mixed with Coke Zero or on its own over ice in a fancy whisky glass.

A nice mixer
Really enjoyed this. Like the rum-style drinks, it has a lovely burnt caramel quality to it and smells delicious. I personally like to mix it with tonic, which I know is an unusual pairing but it works for me. Give it a try!

So pleasantly surprised!
I just received my first order today and was so pleasantly surprised! Firstly, my order arrived super quickly, I didn’t expect it to be here already. Secondly, the packaging is amazing and robust, and the bottle itself if so beautiful. Last but not least, the taste is truly lovely! It’s warming and comforting but really light. I tried it straight today as I haven’t got the bits yet for the cocktail recipe but tomorrow I’ll be trying the Old Fashioned. So excited to start my alcohol-free life with a glam cocktail when I get home from work. I’ll definitely order more, and may try the Amoretti too. Thank you, highly recommended. Oh, I also ordered the ice cube tray and it’s amazing! Super deep large cubes, with a very glam imprint pattern. Perfect!l
