This unique spirit has been impossibly crafted to capture the essence of a vibrantly red Italian bitter apertivo style with distinct and contemporary flavours. Lyre's spirits have their own distinction as a premium, non-alcoholic beverage.

Flavour Profile
Rich mouthful of flavours with blood orange and red citrus taking the lead. Maraschino brings balance, adding to the generosity on the mid-palate, giving length of flavour followed by a persistent, pithy dryness.
Bouquet: Citrus, blood orange and classic notes of orange pith to create complexity.
- Do not leave bottle open or replace cap with pourer.
- Always reseal with original cap after opening.
- Once open, best refrigerated for optimum freshness
- Recommended to be consumed within 12 weeks of opening
