Flavour Profile
Lyre's Italian Spritz: The bittersweet flavour of the Italian Spritz is like sunshine itself, bright with flavours typical of its origins. The sweetness from orange is perfectly fused with the complex and astringent flavours of rhubarb, finishing dry and deliciously refreshing.
Lyre's Classico: Generous aromatics continue in the glass, classic green apple tartness followed by a soft richness of pear, peach and red apple on the palate to taste. Chalky fine acids are present to clean the palate and get you ready for the next glass.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Once open, best sealed with a stopper, store in a refrigerator, and consume in 2 days
- To open, please point away from yourself and others. Do not use a corkscrew to remove the cork

This is great as you can make a Spritz or just have soda water and save the fizz for a celebration. Both are delicious!

Delicious and refreshing. I don't feel left out when others have a drink in hand. This is the first non-alcoholic cocktail I've tried that actually tastes great!

Pleasantly Surprised
I haven’t had alcohol in years, but this definitely tasted like what I remember. The scent and flavor were just like champagne. I served it at a girls’ brunch and my friend immediately ordered some for herself. We had it plain, and also made “mimosas”. Can’t wait to crack open the second bottle! I’m not sure what to do with the Italian Spritz that came with this set. I hope to figure it out. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend and absolutely purchase again.

Love the spritz with tonic, the sparkly 'wine' was really good too. It didn't have that fruit juice flavour and is one of the best non-alcoholic versions I've tasted. Together they made such a refreshing drink

The ability to make a cocktail from these is great. The taste does remind me of an aperol I had in a Venice square! Just what we need on these long summer evenings. Also speedy delivery service.
