Flavour Profile
Lyre's American Malt: Generously flavours of vanilla and toasted nuts with herbal notes provide complexity, offset by a long, mellow finish. The gently spiced palate results in the flavours remaining well after finishing.
Lyre's Aperitif Rosso: A rich mouthful of flavours follows the bouquet, with blood orange and vanilla taking the lead. Caramel, citrus pith and cacoa bring balance, adding to the mouth coating mid-palate.
- Do not leave bottle open or replace cap with pourer.
- Always reseal with original cap after opening.
- Once open, best refrigerated for optimum freshness
- Recommended to be consumed within 12 weeks of opening

Really Grateful
Context: I'm an ex Scottish whisky society member, now a non-alcohol, diabetic. I miss my whisky dearly, the taste, the ritual, the luxury. Last year I bought a range of alcohol free whiskies to try. Lyles was the least sugary, lowest calorie and best tasting of all the samples I tried. I quickly ordered six bottles and I'm trying not to drink them so quickly! Without doubt the most realistic lowland malt style taste I've come across mixed with a light peaty whisky. Aftertaste is suprisingly strong and long lasting, nose and clour are good too. Best with metal cubes, not ice. I give 4 stars not 5 as mouthfeel lacks a little but Im happy as a diabetic you dont you sugar to bulk that out. Best non-alcoholic whisky available. Havn't tried mixing - who the hell mixes whisky? ;-)

Almost Perfectq
My husband has added some personal touches to it (not alcholol) and it is perfect. Since he did that I don't even notice the difference. Since I can' have alcohol with a medication I am taking, this is just what I needed.

I think I’ve decided mocktails
I think I’ve decided mocktails are an aversion strategy for me. Lyre’s is better than another brand I’ve tried. However, it still doesn’t compare to the real thing. If you haven’t been drinking good Manhattan’s for very long, you may not know the significant difference.

Place holder
I'm three weeks in to a 30 sabbatical from alcohol and your products are a nice 'place holder' for a cocktail. I try to hold it to one per evening. Dont think the two bottles I ordered will hold up another nine days. May reorder.

I absolutely love this! I made an alcoholic manhattan for my Mom and a Lyre's manhattan for myself, and was afraid I switched the glasses because mine tasted so good!

Great stuff for the newly-sober
I really enjoy being able to enjoy a cocktail with no alcohol. The mouthfeel is a little off, but other than that this is fantastic. It's best with juice or another mixer and no ice, in my opinion.

A delicious combo. I just ordered my second set in less than 3 weeks. I ordered stainless steel cocktail ice balls (from another company) so I don’t water it down with ice.

Tasty, But Contains Added Sugars
I recently quit drinking alcohol and I wanted something alcohol-free to add to sparkling water just to switch up the taste a bit. So I ordered this set as well as the 'Blood Orange Spritz' set. All 4 'spirits' are really good, but they all contain added sugars. I'll finish these because they're tasty and add a lot of 'oomph' to sparkling water. But I won't reorder because of the added sugars.
