Flavour Profile
Lyre's Dry London Spirit: Firm flavours with juniper and citrus. Earthy notes fill the mid-palate, which has lovely vinous qualities. The pepper berry adds warmth and delivers a generous, dry finish.
Lyre's Italian Spritz: The bittersweet flavour of the Italian Spritz is like sunshine itself, bright with flavours typical of its origins. The sweetness from orange is perfectly fused with rhubarb's complex and astringent flavours, finishing dry and deliciously refreshing.
Lyre's Aperitif Rosso: A rich mouthful of flavours follows the bouquet, with blood orange and vanilla taking the lead. Caramel, citrus pith and cacoa bring balance, adding to the mouth coating mid-palate.
- Do not leave bottle open or replace cap with pourer.
- Always reseal with original cap after opening.
- Once open, best refrigerated for optimum freshness

Impressed
The scent is a fantastic Scotch aroma. I personally had it on the rocks with a squirt of ginger bitters to give it a bit more of a stern quality(which I enjoy) to compliment the Spritz. The overall taste is satisfying, especially the very Scotch-like aftertaste. The little bit of heat doesn’t quite capture that of actual burn of a true Scotch, but is a pleasant substitute!

The only Lyre's product (so far) I like by itself on the rocks. Has a wonderful taste and satisfies my craving for a scotch after dinner.

I was thrilled to see
I was thrilled to see someone come up with a N.A. version of Scotch. I used to be a Scotch on the rocks drinker. No, one cannot expect the same alcohol burn, but the complexity of taste in the Highland Malt makes it a true delight. I even like it on the rocks.

Smells right
When you open the bottle, it's exciting to smell a N/A product that smells this much like whiskey. But the substance is still a bit watery to my taste. If i liked my whiskey in cocktails, I think this would be a better fit for me. But it doesn't really work for sipping neat the way, say, Lyre's Italian Spritz does.
