Lyre's Coffee Originale: A full-flavoured bouquet follows on the palate with high notes of espresso, spice, caramel and toasted nuts. It's enhanced by a generous finish featuring classic vanilla.
Lyre's White Cane Spirit: Generous flavours with oak and sugar cane provide the perfect platform for the marzipan, orange and coconut flavours to shine through. A little peppery finish dries the palate without overwhelming it.
- Do not leave bottle open or replace cap with pourer.
- Always reseal with original cap after opening.
- Once open, best refrigerated for optimum freshness
- Recommended to be consumed within 12 weeks of opening

I love the flavour of
I love the flavour of these spirits, particularly the Coffee Originale. Together with some decent quality espresso and a dash of vanilla syrup they make a delicious cocktail. The coffee liqueur is also great poured over vanilla ice cream to make an Affogato style dessert. I will definitely be buying more.

Delicious - just like the real thing!
It's delicious! The day it arrived, I mixed 1 oz of each with 1 oz of whipping cream - it was so yummy and for me just as good as the real thing!

Missed the mark
Was a bit disappointed in this set. I followed your espresso martini recipe and have to say it is entirely too sweet. The White Cane Spirit just wasn’t the right taste to make it an espresso martini. It needs a vodka-mimic to give it that martini feel. This used to be my fave drink when I drank alcohol, and this missed the mark completely. The Coffee Originale, however, is a great Kahlua substitute. It has the same texture, smell, and taste I expect and made a decent virgin-White Russian. The speed of shipment and delivery was fantastic and the bottle labels are beautiful! I do with the lids for the bottles were not different sizes, just a small thing that would be nice to change.

Just yummy!
This is so delicious! I've started making up a batch of decaff coffee to keep in the fridge so I can get into this when I get home from work. So warming and rich. Works well with the spiced cane too.

Perfect together!
This makes the perfect espresso martini but the coffee liquor is great to sip on the rocks by itself! The white cane rum is awesome as a base for so many other cocktails too. Great addition to my NA/AF bar!

I was pleasantly surprised as
I was pleasantly surprised as to how close the taste it comes to the original Espresso Martinis . I have always been a cocktail and shoots girl and due to health reasons I have to be alcohol free, I am so happy to have found drinks that make me feel part of the party which I am safe to drink. Thank you the Lyres for making this possible. Now to get your products into stores to make spur of the moment purchasing easier. (del only took 3 days up to regional QLD not bad)
