This is a real treat with the Juniper notes of Lyre’s Dry London Spirit and the blood orange and citrus of the Italian Orange. The orchard fruit notes of Classico Grande work to give this drink some length, complexity and contribute to the foam.
Glass:
- Highball
Ingredients
- 25 ml Lyre’s Dry London Spirit
- 25 ml Lyre’s Italian Orange
- 30 ml Simple syrup
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- Egg white or alternative foamer
- Lyre’s Classico Grande
- Garnish: skeleton leaf
Instructions
1.
Add all ingredients except Classico.
2.
Dry shake.
3.
Add ice and shake again (when you think it’s done shake for slightly longer.)
4.
Pour Classico into a chilled glass.
5.
Top with Aperitif mix.
