Ingredients
- 30 Ml Lyre's Pink London Spirit
- 15 mL Lyre's Italian Spritz
- 90 mL Lyre's Classico
- 15 mL Passionfruit Purée
- 15 mL Lime Juice
- 7 mL Vanilla Syrup
- Garnish: pink peppercorns
Instructions
Combine Lyre’s Pink London Spirit, Lyre’s Italian Spritz, Passionfruit Puree, Lime Juice and Vanilla Syrup in a shaker with 3-4 ice cubes.
Shake to mix and chill.
Strain the mix into a Collin’s glass over fresh ice.
Top up with Lyre’s Classico.
Garnish with pink peppercorns.
Serve.
