Indulgent festive cocktails don’t need alcohol to be worthy of a celebration. American Malt brings the flavour of vanilla and toasted nuts with herbal notes. Father Christmas approved!

Glass:

  • Cocktail coupette

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Lyre's American Malt
  • 20 ml Clove syrup
  • 40 ml Cranberry juice
  • 25 ml Lemon juice
  • Egg white or alternative foamer
  • Garnish: Brûlée and Cranberry
For the clove syrup:

Get a pan filled with 250mL of water and 250mL of white sugar. Add 125mL of cloves. Heat on low/mid for 15 mins. Strain out solids after the syrup has cool

Instructions

Dry shake all the ingredients briefly.

2.

Add ice, shake hard and fine strain into a chilled glass.

3.

Feeling adventurous? Top with brûlée using sugar, a kitchen blow torch and bar spoon (Put spoon into a mug of cold water after to make cleaning easy).

Serve.
