It's a little sweet, but not sickly, and beautifully balanced by the combination of Dry London Spirit and sparkling wine. So good it almost makes Uncle Terry's dad jokes bearable.

Large or stemless wine
Ingredients
- 30 ml Lyre's Aperitif Rosso
- 30 ml Lyre's Dry London Spirit
- 45 ml orange juice
- 60 ml alcohol-free sparkling wine
- 1 tsp premium vanilla syrup (not vanilla essence)
- Garnish: orange slice, lemon wheel, mint sprig
Instructions
1.
Add all ingredients in a glass.
2.
Stir to combine.
3.
Fill with fresh ice.
4.
Serve.
