Fancy a classic tipple with a twist? Say hello to the Negroni Sbagliato, an accidental masterpiece! Born from a little mix-up in 1980s Milan by Mirko Stocchetti, who apparently grabbed the spumante by mistake, this tipple boasts a bubbly character with a cheeky tang. Perfect for those who fancy a bit of Italian flair without the giggle juice. Cheers to splendid mistakes!
