Ingredients
- 60 ml Lyre's Dry London Spirit
- 7.5 ml premium vanilla syrup
- 30 ml fresh passionfruit pulp
- 15 ml lime juice
- 60 ml Lyre's Classico (a homage to prosecco), on the side
- Garnish: passionfruit shell
Instructions
1.
Add all ingredients to the glass.
2.
Shake hard briefly, fine strain.
3.
Serve Prosecco in a separate shot glass.
