Lyre’s Pink Lady

A classic is reborn. Positively blushing with the addition of Pink London Spirit, this cocktail delivers a delightful balance of fresh fruit and savoriness that will have you seeing through rose-colored glasses. An enchanting sour that is class in a glass. Act accordingly.

Glass:

• Nick & Nora

Ingredients:

• 60mL Lyre's

  Pink London Spirit

• 30mL cloudy apple juice

• 15mL pomegranate syrup

• 30mL egg whites (or aquafaba chickpea water)

• 1 tsp organic apple cider vinegar

• Garnish: Skewered cherry or dried orange wheel

Instructions:

1. Shake briefly with ice.

2. Strain into glass.

3. Serve.
