“Spritz Season” doesn’t have to end in summer. For autumn flare, you can marry citrus with fall flavours (pear, pomegranate, apple, cranberry) and “pumpkinize” your garnishes and glassware. For this recipe, @onthemocks used a pumpkin-shaped ice mold and added edible glitter before pouring in Mandarin juice.

Ingredients
- 60 mL Lyre's Italian Spritz
- 60 mL Lyres Classico (a homage to sparkling wine)
- 315 mL bottle Mandarin juice (to make the ice)
- 20 mL Pomegranate Juice
- Edible glitter (clear, gold or orange)
Instructions
1.
Start by pouring Mandarin juice into your ice tray or mold and freeze overnight.
2.
For the mocktail, combine the pomegranate juice with Lyre’s Italian Spritz and Lyres Classico.
3.
Your festive ice is your garnish. Cheers!
