Lyre’s Snow Globe

Have you tried the viral snow globe trend? It is such an easy way to add a little holiday sparkle to your non-alcoholic cocktails + mocktails.

Our ready-to-drink G&T is perfect for this one, because it is quick to pop, no mixing required. Plus, the clear liquid allows the rosemary tree to really shine through.

Ingredients:

• Rosemary Sprig
• String + tape
• Water
• Lyre’s G&T

Instructions:

1. Tie your string around the rosemary sprig — but not so tight that the sprig breaks when you try to untie it.
2. Fill the bottom of your cocktail glass with distilled water, then add your rosemary sprig — dipping the bottom through the water’s surface.
3. Tape down both sides of the string with a bit of tension.
4. Set it into the freezer and wait a few hours.
5. Once it’s frozen, pour in your drink and — voila.

Try also adding slices of lime or seasonal berries to your glass, pour in some water and save it for later. It’s another fun way to elevate your toast.
