Ingredients
- 60 mL Lyre's Agave Blanco Spirit
- 90 mL Lyre's Classico
- 30 mL Blackberry Purée
- 7 mL Ginger Syrup
- 7 mL Lime Juice
- Garnish: mint spring and lime wedge
Instructions
Combine Lyre’s Agave Blanco Spirit, Blackberry Puree, Ginger Syrup and Lime Juice in a highball glass.
Shake to mix.
Pack the glass with crushed or pebble ice.
Top up with Lyre’s Classico.
Garnish with mint sprig and a lime wedge.
Serve.
