Glass:
Nick & Nora or small cocktail glass
Ingredients
- 30 ml Lyre's Aperitif Rosso
- 30 ml Lyre's Italian Spritz
- 30 ml Pineapple Juice
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Egg White / Aqua Faba or Foaming Agent
- 7.5 ml Sugar Syrup (optional)
- Garnish: Dehydrated orange wheel or edible flowers
Instructions
1.
Dry shake briefly.
2.
Add ice, shake.
3.
Double strain into glass.
4.
Serve.
