Glass:
Over-sized or stemless wine glass
Ingredients
- 30 mL Lyre's Italian Orange
- 30 mL Lyre's Orange Sec
- 7.5 mL premium mango syrup
- 90 mL premium bottled elderflower tonic water
- 2 lemon wheels
- Garnish: tablespoon of fresh passionfruit pulp and plump mint sprig
