I found it quite sweet.
4I found it quite sweet. I usually have rum and soda which is not sweet, so I wasn’t too keen on this as a replacement, but when used to make a mojito it was much better. If you use sweeter mixers then they overpower the sweetness of the Dark Cane Spirit, and the ‘rum’ flavour comes through more.

Delicious
5I enjoyed this mixed with juice, and it was delightful in a Dark and Stormy. Thank you Lyre's for helping me get through Sober October! The mixology lesson was great. Even when October is over, I still plan to enjoy Lyre's spirits. I appreciate that they're lower in calories as well.
