Spritz in the sun
51 part spritz 4 parts tonic water, this drink tastes exceptional and is lovely in the lovely afternoon autumn sun. Finished with a slice of lemon or lime for garnish and a zesty bitter bite if you rim the glass with a peel.

5I drink my Italian Spritz with soda and a good chunk of lime and love the taste of my new cocktail. The sort of sophisticated flavour you would expect: bitterness, aromatic complexity and a hint of orangey sweetness. The perfect way to say, okay this is the end of my work day (from home) and now it’s home time.
