Flavour Profile
Lyre's White Cane Spirit: Generous flavours with oak and sugar cane provide the perfect platform for the marzipan, orange and coconut flavours to shine through. A little peppery finish dries the palate without overwhelming it.
Lyre's Dark Cane Spirit: Full-flavoured with notes of caramel, fudge, fig, and toasted nuts enhanced by a long finish featuring maple and vanilla. Seductive and elegant.
Lyre's Orange Sec: The balance between the freshness of orange and its natural sweetness fills the palate with wonderful aromatics, delivering a generous, soft finish. It is a very appealing liqueur with a distinctive flavour. Libations!

Tropical fun without the downside!
I ordered this for a Mai Tai lover who is no longer able to drink alcohol and she loves it! Big measures, lots of lime, almond syrup, and a good squeeze of sugar - it's a beautifully refreshing experience and there's no downside. Scurvy avoidance without the hangover? Sign me up, skipper!

Better value with set
Set was a fair amount cheaper than buying individually. Shipping was very fast. The Mai Tai recipe tastes great. Not too sweet. The rum substitutes are rather mild, but that's okay.

Fabulous
It's a good drink - people don't know you're not consuming alcohol. I found the taste good but prefer the malt over the others - but then I'm more a malt person anyway. I will def be back for more the cost and shipping is really a bargain.

Haven't made a Mai Tai
Haven't made a Mai Tai yet, however, every item we have tried has gone over very well even with those that traditionally use alcohol based beverages

I don’t normally drink cocktails
I don’t normally drink cocktails so I don’t know how a Lyres Mai Tai compares to the real thing, but in itself the Lyres version was fantastic.
