Flavour Profile
Lyre's Dry London Spirit: Firm flavours with juniper and citrus. Earthy notes fill the mid-palate, which has lovely vinous qualities. The pepper berry adds warmth and delivers a generous, dry finish.
Lyre's Italian Orange: Rich mouthful of flavours with blood orange and red citrus taking the lead. Maraschino brings balance, adding to the generosity on the mid-palate, giving the length of flavour followed by a persistent, pithy dryness.
Lyre's Apéritif Rosso: A Rich mouthful of flavours follows the bouquet with blood orange and vanilla taking the lead. Caramel, citrus pith and cacoa bring balance, adding to the mouth coating mid-palate.
- Do not leave bottle open or replace cap with pourer
- Always reseal with original cap after opening
- Once open, best refrigerated for optimum freshness
- Recommended to be consumed within 12 weeks of opening

Negroni good substitute for the real thing
A good non-alcoholic, very adult drink, doesn’t quite have the bite, bitterness, mouthfeel and viscosity of the alcoholic version

Tastes good. Cloudiness in Rosso
Tastes good. Cloudiness in Rosso was a bit of a problem. Helped by Lyres staff. Acceptable now.

Lovely.
Loved this set, as an alcoholic negroni literally floors me, it was lovely to be able to get taste without the after effects. I added some tonic water too which added to the bitter flavour, perfect.

Mimics a true Negroni
Every bit as delicious as a real Negroni but without the bad side effects of alcohol. We've bought this set before and we will buy it again. Love Lyre's!

A great Negroni … or 2 … and still drive!
Having worked in Milan many times, having a Friday night Negroni in the Falstaff Bar of the Grand Hotel et de Milan became an unmissable ritual with friends. Now I have an absolutely fantastic non-alcoholic version … on any night of the week without any fear of driving afterwards
