Flavour Profile
Lyre's Dry London Spirit: Firm flavours with juniper and citrus. Earthy notes fill the mid-palate, which has lovely vinous qualities. The pepper berry adds warmth and delivers a generous, dry finish.
Lyre's Italian Spritz: The bittersweet flavour of the Italian Spritz is like sunshine itself, bright with flavours typical of its origins. The sweetness from orange is perfectly fused with rhubarb's complex and astringent flavours, finishing dry and deliciously refreshing.
Lyre's Aperitif Rosso: A rich mouthful of flavours follows the bouquet, with blood orange and vanilla taking the lead. Caramel, citrus pith and cacoa bring balance, adding to the mouth coating mid-palate.
- Do not leave bottle open or replace cap with pourer.
- Always reseal with original cap after opening.
- Once open, best refrigerated for optimum freshness
- Recommended to be consumed within 12 weeks of opening

The only Lyre's product (so far) I like by itself on the rocks. Has a wonderful taste and satisfies my craving for a scotch after dinner.

I was thrilled to see
I was thrilled to see someone come up with a N.A. version of Scotch. I used to be a Scotch on the rocks drinker. No, one cannot expect the same alcohol burn, but the complexity of taste in the Highland Malt makes it a true delight. I even like it on the rocks.

Smells right
When you open the bottle, it's exciting to smell a N/A product that smells this much like whiskey. But the substance is still a bit watery to my taste. If i liked my whiskey in cocktails, I think this would be a better fit for me. But it doesn't really work for sipping neat the way, say, Lyre's Italian Spritz does.

The best I've found thus far...
I've desperately been looking for an NA sipping liquor... this had decent reviews across multiple sites. Overall, it's not bad. It works for sipping and while it's no whiskey/bourbon, it's definitely the best brown liquor I've found thus far. I continue to order it, but it can be frustratingly hard to find. Also, I don't know what they do to the tops/caps on their drinks, but after you open them they just spin around and are hard to get off?
