Impossibly Crafted Non-Alcoholic Spirit - White Cane Spirit
This unique spirit has been impossibly crafted to capture the essence of a gently aged white rum with flavours that are distinct and contemporary. Lyre's spirits have their own distinction as a premium, non-alcoholic beverage.

Flavour Profile
Generous flavours with oak and sugar cane provide the perfect platform for the marzipan, orange and coconut flavours to shine through. A little peppery finish dries the palate without overwhelming it.
Bouquet: Classic oak, sugar cane, toasted nuts and citrus.
- Do not leave bottle open or replace cap with pourer
- Always reseal with original cap after opening
- Once open, best refrigerated for optimum freshness
- Recommended to be consumed within 12 weeks of opening
As a classic mixer option, or mix with fresh lime, mint and a dash of soda water for a Lyre's Mojito. For the more adventurous, shake Lyre's White Cane with fresh lime to create a Lyre's Classic Daiquiri. Libations!

At last a non alcoholic white rum replacement
So nice to finally find a non alcoholic white rum replacement. I don’t feel left out now and am enjoying making non alcoholic cocktails. Great service and fast delivery.

Would highly recommend
This has a definate mouthfeel of bicardi about it I had it with coke with isn't the most complicated recipe but it tasted great lyres do a great range of non alchaholic spirits and I haven't had a bad one yet

Amazing balance between citrusy and nutty notes. Leaves a peppery aftertaste just as described. Perfect for espresso martinis, daiquiris, and mojitos.

Good start to a new hobby
I've never drunk alcoholic rum but both me and people that do drink rum enjoy the drinks. Both Cuba Libres and Pina Coladas are some of my favorites.

Mix it up
Comes into its own with muddled mint, sugar syrup and soda. I’ve served it as a NA mojito to booze drinkers who couldn’t tell it apart.
