I've left a view about how the great it is in an italian spritz already, but had to add that this also makes an amazing sour cocktail that has a completely different taste. They'll teach you in the mixology class :-)

I was very surprised with how good this was for a ready to drink mix. If I didn’t know, I don’t think I’d guess it’s non-alcoholic. The only downside is the taste of pre-mixed in a can drink so next time I’ll be buying the “ingredients” from Lyre’s separately to see if I can make it even better but overall, the best non-alcoholic replacement yet.
