4This is really pretty good. It has the right smell and the taste is good. It could finish with a bit more bite (actually some bite would be good), and it is too sweet. Bourbon is 'sweet', but it's not that sweet.

The product resembled a light,
5The product resembled a light, caramel flavored bourbon. There was minimal bite on the finish and the best part was zero alcohol. As a guy who gave up alcohol 3 years ago, this supplements my old taste for bourbon, with a great alternative. Pairs well with a good cigar!

Great as a cocktail base
4This is great as a cocktail base! I wouldn't drink it in a way that relies too heavily on it as a whiskey replacement (neat, old fashioned, etc.); to me, it's too sweet and not complex enough for that. But I've improvised several great cocktails with it, and I can see myself continuing to purchase it for that purpose.

This is pretty good. Smell
4This is pretty good. Smell like bourbon and has a pretty decent taste, but remains a bit watery, too sweet, and lacks bite. Close... I've purchased two bottles of this, but not sure if I'll purchase a third.
