Lyre’s Berry Sorbet Sparkler

The combination of Lyre's Classico with the fall berry sorbet makes this such a fun and festive holiday drink!

Glass:

• Large or stemless wine glass

Ingredients:

• 200mL Lyre's Classico
• 450g berry sorbet
• Garnish: fresh berries

To make the sorbet:

Add ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is difficult to blend, add a little cold water.

• 450g frozen mixed berries
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• ½ tsp ground nutmeg
• ¼ tsp ground cloves
• cold water

Instructions:

1. Add 2-3 scoops of berry sorbet to glass.
2. Top with Lyre's Classico.
3. Garnish with fresh berries.
4. Enjoy with a spoon, or let the sorbet melt as you sip.
