Cranberry juice and sage simple syrup make it festive, while the combination of Lyre's Dry London Spirit and Lyre's Apéritif Rosso make it a true sweet martini.

Glass:

  • Martini Glass

Ingredients:

To make sage simple syrup:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8-10 sage leaves

In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Once dissolved, add the fresh sage leaves. Steep for 10-15 minutes over low heat. Cool. When room temperature, strain to remove sage leaves. Transfer to a bottle or jar. Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Instructions:

  1. Shake ingredients with ice until chilled.
  2. Strain.
  3. Garnish.
  4. Serve.

Thanks @goodness23_ for the festive inspiration
