- Collin's Glass
Ingredients
- 60 mL Lyre's American Malt
- 60 mL Lyre's Classico
- 30 mL Simple Syrup
- 45 mL Lemon Juice
- Garnish: lemon wheels
Instructions
1.
Combine Lyre’s American Malt, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup in a shaker with 1-2 pieces of ice.
2.
Shake to mix.
3.
Strain into a Collin’s glass over fresh ice.
4.
Top up with Lyre’s Classico.
5.
Garnish with razor thin lemon wheels.
6.
Serve.
