There's nothing quite like a Summer afternoon at the elephant polo enjoying a G&T with friends. And we're not referring to an issue of Giggle & Toff, the magazine for trust fund babies (although it is a frightfully super read!).
Glass:
Highball
Ingredients
- 45 ml Lyre's Dry London Spirit
- 120 ml premium bottled tonic water
- 1 pink grapefruit slice
- 3 dashes of aromatic bitters
- Garnish: rosemary sprig
Instructions
1.
Add all ingredients in glass, stir.
2.
Fill with fresh cubed ice.
3.
Serve.
