Best tasting non-alcoholic Spirit around
5I ordered a lot of different brands when I started a journey to sobriety, and this was the only one I didn't disappoint. Everything tasted how it supposed to and was enough to stop cravings. The spiced rum and dark rum were by far my favorites, the American malt I found to be a little weak in flavor unless drank neat. Overall I'm satisfied, and will reorder again and again and again.

Ended up buying 17 more bottles!
5The Amaretti is delicious! The rum tastes like rum. The Malt is on the watery side but still nice as a base to a cocktail. I like the texture of these in a sour, they work like hard drink! Very happy! Ended up buying 17 more bottles!

Fun to play but room for improvement
3I bought 10 bottles of different flavors so I’ve tried the almost all the Lyre’s. They are fun to play with but two things I don’t like: 1- too sugary. Many of the flavors such as Orange Sec, Italian Sprits, and Amaretto are too sweet. It’s harder to adjust the intensity of the drink as it gets too sweet too quickly. 2- flavors not intense enough. Like whiskey single malt. I wish most of the flavors are more intense. So I don’t have to use 2oz of each to get the notes.

Good base
4The American malt and dark cane spirt are a good base to improve upon. Has quite a thin texture like water so I went to our local brewing shop and picked up some glycerine(Glucose) to give it more fullness and a better mouth feel. I also added some extra whiskey peat smoke to add more depth of favour to out taste. The amaretti has a nice texture and almond flavour.
