Smooth and Silky!
5I loved the Old Fashioned made with this! I did not feel I was missing anything by not having the alcohol. Also, it looks just like any other Old Fashioned. On it's own. The toasty nuts, vanilla, and a subtle smokey or charred oak finish make this very smooth to drink.

The best of three that
3The best of three that I bought to sample but lacks a ‘thickness’ to it. However, I will re-order this, in the future so can’t be bad!

Good try
4Lyre's non-alcoholic bourbon offering intrigued me by the deep amber hue of the liquid. The aroma when poured is fairly convincing; upon tasting, there is a decent complexity, however far too mild for my taste. I will continue tasting other Lyre offerings, but for now will rely on Ritual's N/A whiskey product for its bite and lingering flavors. But, again - very GOOD try!

Good facsimile
4Not the real thing, but pretty darn close. I gave up alcohol a year ago and missed the taste and warmth of good bourbon. I was never a bourbon connoisseur but when I first tried this neat the notes of vanilla and maple brought back the feeling of Maker's Mark. It even has the aroma I remember. This, though, by design has no alcohol so the mouthfeel is more like iced tea than bourbon, which can be disconcerting at times. Overall an excellent reproduction and perfect for when you want an experience similar to bourbon without the horrible side effects like hangovers and headaches the next day, but it's not exactly bourbon. Definitely worth a try though and recommended for people like me who want a bourbonesque experience but don't want to feel it the next day.

5It has a nice « tea » flavor and the malt is there too. Really tasty. I want this bottle to last!

The taste is the closest
5The taste is the closest to bourbon I have had since becoming sober, a year and a half ago. Non-Alcoholic wines and beers are jut really my thing. Fruity mocktails are too sweet. I was always a whiskey drinker. I am so excited to have this option.
