Autumn. Coffee. Pumpkin Spice. Let’s raise a glass to a non-alcoholic cocktail that celebrates ALL. THE. THINGS.
Glass:
A chilled martini glass or coupe.
Ingredients
- 60 mL Lyre’s Coffee Originale
- 15 mL Lyre’s White Cane Spirit
- 1 tsp Mulling Spice
- 1/2 tbsp Pumpkin Butter
- 45 mL Espresso (or 60mL of strong coffee)
- 1/2 tbsp Creamer
- Garnish: Top with a few espresso beans — and enjoy!
FOR A LOWER ALCOHOL OPTION, REPLACE 15ML OF WHITE CANE SPIRIT WITH 15ML WHITE RUM OR VODKA OF YOUR CHOICE.
Instructions
1.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2.
Shake, shake, shake.
3.
Strain and pour.
To adjust the sweetness, you can add more ice to your cocktail shaker and shake longer.
