5I only made and probably will make mojitos with the White Cane Spirit- And, for that it is perfect. I need to order more, maybe a case for summer... I will certainly take some photos of the next batch. Side note: I was the creative director on the 1st Bacardi mojito ad campaign some time ago, so needless to say we learned a great deal about the beverage. I would put these up against those any day.

Not bad -- makes an
4Not bad -- makes an OK daiquiri and an even better mai tai. The major weakness is the aftertaste of burnt coconut, which needs to be camouflaged well. Fortunately, there are many ways to do that.

I’m not usually a rum
5I’m not usually a rum drinker, and obviously nor do I drink alcohol, but I’m very impressed with this. It captures the “spirit” of white rum, with a smell and flavour that goes very nicely in a mockjito or just nicely on its own with a slice of lime and some mint. Brilliant!

Perfect for tropical cocktails
5Tastes alot like Bacardi Rum, only kinder to your liver, and you're able to drive afterwards! My favourite drink is a glass of ice, some Bickfords lemon cordial, a good slurp of White Cane Spirit, a splash of Orange Sec, top with unsweetened pineapple juice. My husband thought it WAS made with Bacardi Rum and wanted me to make him one too:laughing:

5I found this to be an excellent substitute for rum or vodka. It mixed will with juices and I had to find the right ratio to make the taste stand out. I think that is why some are saying that it tastes watered down. I found that using a little more will adjust the flavor I prefer. I definately will purchase again.

5This is a great mixer and vodka replacement. It's not overly sweet and pairs well with most ingredients
