My first Lyre's drink. No idea what it's like neat but it makes a mean Mojito. No alcohol free drink will taste exactly like the real deal and I don't expect it to. But I'm loving discovering new tastes and cocktail combinations. This is a versatile ingredients for lots of different cocktails, traditional or of your own making. I also had great customer service from Lyre's when I had a query, speedy delivery and the reward system is fantastic.

I can’t judge the White Cane Spirit when consumed straight because I never do that. I always mix with pineapple juice ( or, having none, some other juice like Good Belly’s pomegranate and blackberry juice) and coconut milk. Or, I make a mojito. Drinking it that way, it has a very good rum flavor.
