At last a real alternative
5This is like drinking a favourite alcoholic drink. Reminds me of an old fashioned. It feels like a real treat.

Game changer
5Hi, my name is Ian, and I am an alcoholic. I have been alcohol free for several years. One of the hardest things for me was to find a non alcoholic drink that wasn't sickly sweet, and didn't leave me feeling a bit left out when others around me were drinking cocktails and spirits. Then I discovered LYRES non alcoholic spirit range. This review is for the American Malt. I was a Jack Daniels drinker, and this spirit is the perfect replacement. It has a peppery kick, just like Jack, and a wonderful flavour. And what's more, their service is impeccable. I am a convert, and can highly recommend their products without question.

I’m really impressed
4It smells exactly like whiskey. Drinking it straight it tastes like it’s been watered down. So you can’t recreate the experience of doing shots, but I don’t think you should be expecting that. I made an Old Fashioned and I gotta say, it tastes a lot like an Old Fashioned! I put the bottle in the fridge so I didn’t have to add ice since it’s not quite as strong, but for someone who hasn’t had one in years, I’m overjoyed. I’m excited to try other drinks, but for this feat alone I’m sold.

5Scotch was once my preferred tipple so when I discovered Lyre’s American Malt I was delighted to again have a drink that I enjoyed. Thank you so much for a very enjoyable non-alcoholic drink.
